PLAN (Planned Lifetime Assistance Network of Massachusetts and Rhode Island, Inc.) is a non- profit organization that serves as professional trustee of pooled and standalone special needs trusts. Since 1971, PLAN  has helped individuals, of any age, with disabilities and their families preserve assets, protect public benefits, and maintain quality of life through the compassionate support of licensed social workers and trust administrators. 

PLAN is pleased to share that it now serves as professional trustee of standalone special needs trusts as part of a comprehensive estate plan prepared by attorneys for parents with disabled children or for individuals completing a First Party (d)(4)(A) special needs trust for personal injury settlements. PLAN continues to serve as professional trustee of pooled trusts for individuals, age 65 and over, applying for long-term care Medicaid benefits.
